Ernesto is a seasoned real estate investor with decades of experience in the industry. With an impressive portfolio of real estate projects in Hawai’i and Brazil, he applies his vast knowledge of development, flips, rental, and ground up builds to Hawaii Bahia and their clientele.
Pancho Sullivan was born on Kauai and raised on Oahu’s north shore. He’s a Hawaiian surfing legend having retired from professional surfing ranked number 7th in the world, to create an amazing career in real estate. Pancho has 20 years of building expertise in Hawaii, and a complete local network from subs to inspectors. Along with his wife Haunani they are also the head realtors at Compass Poipu. He moved back to Kauai to run our local operations.

A Native Hawaiian descendant of Kawaihapai on the North Shore of O’ahu, Moana has worked for 25 years across public, private and non-profit organizations developing and implementing conservation, environmental, education and community engagement programs. Understanding the need for responsible land management across the state to preserve our island home’s human, cultural and natural resources she serves as a consultant with Aina Lokahi LLC, offering expertise in creative land management solutions.

Tejiana was born and raised on Maui. She grew up learning and breathing the ins and outs of real estate development from her father, Ryan. She studied design and business marketing in college, and worked in the family business as in house designer with 15 years experience in designing and overseeing high end luxury real estate projects. She is now utilizing her skill set to manage and oversee all components of bringing our Maui projects to life, as well as incorporating her creative eye handling all elements of design.
Ms. Shea is the COO of MCM Capital and serves as Chief Credit Officer at Temple View Capital (“TVC”). At MCM, Lauren oversees all transaction management and operations of the firm’s Residential loan acquisition and trading business and has been with the firm for 15 years. Leveraging her almost 20 years of experience in residential investments and credit, Lauren helps Temple View establish innovative product development and credit policy while maintaining a common-sense underwriting approach.

César is our COO/Partner. His role is to manage contractors, subs, suppliers making sure our renovations and new constructions are delivered above expectations, on budget and on time. César developed an international supply chain that is key to create value in our projects since we are constantly seeking for the best value added suppliers in the world. From Bali to Brazil to China we mapped out a logistic system and renovations methodology system in order to price, plan and deliver our projects. He also deals with our investor's draws systems.
Alfred’s role is the local manager for the Big Island and Hilo operations, he has experience in project management, construction, real estate investing. Born and raised in Hawaii and has a great knowledge of the Hilo market.
Giovanni is a real estate agent who lends a helping hand to communities throughout Hawai’i. With his extensive knowledge, he is able to assist families in accomplishing their goals of homeownership and investing in their future. Alongside with finding his clients their perfect dream home, Giovanni has been working together with HawaiiBahia to help individuals at the edge of foreclosure to find a way out of their difficult financial situation– making it possible by help them map a solution to their problems. Gio also connects with home owners of distress properties all throughout the Island to offer solution and a way out of any financial situation.
With over 12 years of experience in digital marketing and social media specifically, Alison brings strategies to businesses to help them stand out from their competitors. As the owner of Astrategy Marketing, she assists the Ohana Program Foundation and Hawaii Bahia with all of their digital marketing needs and helps bring valuable awareness to their mission.
